1. Select your country/region & keyboard Layout
Select your country/region (Italia) and keyboard layout (Italiano). Click Next.
2. Connect to a local Wi-Fi network
If you are in the office, connect to the ServiceDNET using your Deloitte email and password.
3. Enter your Deloitte credentials
Log into the device to begin the setup process. (email and password)
4. Approve the sign in request
Use Microsoft Authenticator app to approve the request.
Note: The MFA method required depends on whether the Authenticator app has been set up.
5. Restart and Account Setup
The device will restart to complete the Device setup process. Enter your Deloitte credentials (email and password) to log on and begin the Account setup process.
6. Device setup process
The device setup process will now begin to install the required network configurations and applications. This will take several minutes
(Approximately 25-30 minutes, depending on the speed of the network you are connected to)
7. Enable Windows Hello
You will be prompted to enable for a password-free method of logging into your device (Windows Hello). Click “Ok“, then “Skip for now“ to configure a PIN.
8. Create a PIN
Follow the prompts to approve the request and create a unique 6-digit PIN. Click OK to complete the setup process.
9. BitLocker Setup
Once on the desktop, it will also ask to set the BitLocker PIN through the pop-up shown below:
10. Apps Installation
After configuring BitLocker, leave the PC powered on for 10-15 minutes until you see the following screen. Wait approximately 10-15 minutes with the screen on, and the task sequence will begin where corporate applications such as F5, PullPrint, and Templafy will be installed. Wait until the process is completed.
Once the loading bar is completed, restart the PC.
11. Business Applications
Business-specific applications for each function will be automatically installed on the PC upon completion of Step 10 – Apps Installation.
If you need additional business applications, you can request their installation via Automation Platform, or install the pre-authorized ones independently.
